Re: No founders rewards received - EA Play subscription then purchased Standard Ed.

I got mine eventually but not at first as kept saying I was on trial. Once I fully rebooted the game they appeared when I next loaded up the game

    Did it say anywhere specifically that you were still on a trial?

    Did you have to do anything else when you booted the game up again?

    I will try getting back into the game as soon as I can. Trying a re-install of the game to see if it clears some sort of cache (maybe?),

    Yeah, said it on main menu of game if remember rightly before go into Ultimate Team or Career Mode etc

    Still no luck unfortunately after starting the game up after an uninstall -> reinstall.

    Still saying that I am a Founder in the main menu, still not receiving the founder pack/rewards/evolution.

  • UPDATE!!

    I played a single game of Rivals and saw that I have now been given my Founders Pack!

    Thank you very much @thurlow885 looked like you were right to be a little bit patient!
