That’s the exact same for me. I’ve had no good pack luck this years or the past 2 years I’ve played. This toty I saved 180 packs and got 2 nominees.

You actually have to spend hundreds of dollars of real money, buy over 500 packs of THE MOST EXPENSIVE pack in the store and then you might have an actual REAL 5% chance of packing a TOTY player.
The game is actually designed to make you want to spend real money in chasing the special cards, chasing that winning feeling just like a casino slot machine.
EA have developed a casino gambling game pretending to be a football game.
At least Epic Games gave Fortnite away for free which is what EA should have done KNOWING that FC 24 UT is a PAY TO WIN game.@Nalchic Then you would have to be one of the lucky ones mate, I have opened 100's of most packs and even used saved coins to buy a 500K pack and got nothing. I've had to do SBC's for any decent card I have. I haven't changed my team for months because I can't get any good cards.
I have come up against players who have 4+ TOTY players and the rest of the team are icons. It's impossible to compete fairly.
There are so many new accounts that exploited the pack glitch and EA are doing nothing about it.
