How often does the bug occur? I've been playing this game since March 2021. This month is the first time it happened.

What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Discover University, Get Together, Parenthood, Dine Out, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Day, Backyard, Bust the Dust 

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim try to do laundry from the hamper to the washing machine.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you put dirty clothing in the washing machine, clothing is not registering the status changes properly (from Used to Clean or even Pristine), therefore not allowing me to do a full washing and drying cycle of laundry. Sometimes upon placing it in the washing machine it says it's clean so i can't wash, sometimes i can wash but then it says it's already dry but won't let me put the laundry away nor dry it, putting it on the floor changes yet again the statuses of the laundry, etc...
What do you expect to see? Being able to complete a full cycle of washing and drying clothing from hampers, proceeded by putting it away.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Maybe? I don't know.
