How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure if you are able to find this as I've got no idea to what the cause can be. The household has 3 members, and this only occurs to the oldest one.
What happens when the bug occurs? Opened a household I've been playing with for a while. My main Sim has status of neighbor. I can select her, but not let her do anything. Tried with cheats and add her back to household, but that didn't work. Don't know if you are able to find it yourself or not, as I have no idea what is causing this. I'm not using any mods.
What do you expect to see? I would expect to se my main sim as a character I can play with as usual.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
