[W] Werewolves scavenge ground inside when directed to do outside

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, including the Werwolfe pack Early Access, courtesy of EA Creator's Network
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? So far I've only seen this happening in New Moon Shack where my Sim lives. 1. Tell a werewolf to scavenge ground rather close to the house
What happens when the bug occurs? The werewolves goes inside the house and scavenges there, leaving you with a dirt pile that can only be removed through build mode/travelling
What do you expect to see? There is no option to scavenge inside the house when you click the option so it shouldn't happen at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?

Pic shows how there's no option to dig inside but the dirt pile that came from my Sim digging inside.

EDIT: Same think happens with mark territory.
