Re: Error Code 109:50c5d2a:37e32b88 when trying to load a Sim Household

Hello, I've been having issues with the Sims 4 since the first High School update in July. I've updated all mods and cc, repaired and uninstalled the game several times. I've even started new saves/games, etc. Now I am getting this error message from Better Exceptions that says the following: utilities\logging\version_handling.py\version_handling.py

Please help me solve this issue. I've been searching on different forums and haven't found a solution. 

I attached a screenshot of how my gameplay screen looks when I load a household.

    @Bossxup_morgie Could you post the exact error code you're getting ?

    109 are usually related to custom food and if you still have a plate on your lot that used to have that food it causes issues with loading the lot.
