[CL] Gremlins break unbreakable objects/endless repair

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Purchase a Ghostwriter Disappearing Desktop in a lot with the Gremlins challenge. 2) Wait for gremlins to break the items on the lot. 3) Try to repair the computer, note that the progress ring never advances.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sim will continue to repair the Ghostwriter Disappearing Desktop until you cancel the action. The item is never fixed. The action status bar is not active.
What do you expect to see? Either the computer never breaks (sold as "unbreakable") or the sim repairs the item after a short period of time. The action status circle continues to fill until the repair is complete.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unknown

This computer brand is listed as unbreakable in Build/Buy. I bought one for my sim living in the Gremlin challenge apartment in Culpepper Apartments in San Myshuno. Since moving in, I've had the Gremlins strike twice, the first time was with mods, then I disabled mods and it happened again.

Salvaging this computer is also bugged, at least when it's broken. The salvage progress completes, but while you get parts, the computer remains in broken condition.

Edit: The gremlins struck a third time, this time the computer did not break. So far it's been 2 times out of three.
