A weird stairs unplacement

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all the expansions packs, all game pack except Batuu, all the stuff packs besides Home Chef Hustle, all the kits except the modern luxe, poolside splash, bathroom clutter, and simtimates collection kits, free stuff winter holiday, and grim's ghoulish guitar.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Build on the 30x20 in the BFF's neighborhood block.do something symmetrical or whatever to use two stair cases. I don't know for sure how to recreate it. I made a video i can share if that was possible.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot place the stairs, like I did in another room. Nothing is different in the room setting since it's to be symmetrical just because how I wanted to make the bedrooms. The room is exactly the same, besides the stairs themselves.
What do you expect to see? To put stairs down...

I've turned off the custom content to try this still happening, and it is. pretty sure with my video shows quite of bit of context what was happening anyway. I used the metal flooring temporarily to help focus what is there. I have ladders in the next rooms up since I wanted to make some kind of two floor bedroom that my sims would keep to themselves.
I don't want to talk about my side bit I added to my video about the roofs. I don't have anything else for that besides that would be nice to be worked.
