@vymk2gz606b3 I'm having this issue as well, at first I thought it was because of WW, but after I removed the mod and started a clean moddless save none of my teens entered puberty.
As a side note, I'm having this very strange issue where some if not all milestones will be forgotten/erased from the simology panel upon editing outfits in CaS, which is a massive main in the backside when editing outfits for child and teen sims apon aging up.
