Update: I deleted MCCC I'm gonna see if that was causing lag and the last exception problem. There also was a box that said "error logged" that popped up with the last exception boxes. It said to contact the guy who made MCCC.

If you want to play with MCCC I recommend you check out their homepage to see if they have a new version of it you can download that might work. They also have their own Live Support for their mod at Discord, I'm sure there are links on their homepage. If the problem might be another mod not working together with MCCC, they can tell you.
