@crinrictHey, I am having the same issue, regardless of dates or simple visit. When I click on tables it only gives option to clean and the host station is not clickable. I use no mods at all on this user and I am all updated. I have all DLC...(Windows 11) I can share save file if needed but I wouldn't know how.
I can not believe and are totally annoyed at the fact the the dining out (not being able to get seated at a table) and festival market stalls are still are over lapping is still NOT fixed after the 22nd October bug fixes have come out this is shocking and just totally wrong we have paid for these packs and should be able to use them, I am a console player (xbox next gen) so I do not have mods, nor do I have lovestruck so there is no way around the issue. 😡
Dine Out Reloaded fixes the problem!
@QuattroMarie sadly I have uninstalled this and reinstalled and its still broken.

If you check the update news letter there is nothing in there about the dining out tables not being able to get seated being fixed.
I can tell you there maybe have been updates but NOT for this, mine is still NOT working and I am pretty upset about it because its a pack I paid for!
