@crinrict I play rotationally, currently with 4 households, 2 with teens and 2 without. It was shortly after 3pm on a Friday. Both households WITHOUT teens WERE able to throw a goaled event. Both households WITH teens were NOT able to throw a goaled event (goal checkbox greyed out).
I went back to the first household with a teen. I put on 3 speed and noticed after 7pm the goaled events checkboxes were back. I then went back to ~3:05pm Friday and checked every hour. The goaled checkboxes came back after 5pm. Not sure if it is a coincidence, but the cheerleading sports day event also started at 5pm.
