What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except toddler camping, menswear and the two newest stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no idea, it's the first time I have encountered this particular delight.... This sim was romantically matched with my sim through Cupid's corner and was another player's gallery creation if that helps
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim wears the same outfit ALL OF THE TIME, it's not a lack of changing, she has changed it is just displaying the outfit as her first everyday one for every outfit instead of what it should correctly be showing. It even displays it when she should be nude in the shower! If you open her change outfits option, it displays it in almost every slot except those outfits she came from the gallery with (they don't display when she wears them though) however when you go into CAS it displays properly and everything is as it should be... colour me in confused. Going in and out of CAS, rebooting does not fix the issue, however..... making her take a shower does! The issue every few sim hours,, no sim has ever been so clean.
What do you expect to see? The correct outfit displayed for what is actually worn.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

My sim met and married another player created gallery sim through Cupid's corner. I added to her collection of outfits in CAS while they were on vacation and then the joy started, now the game only displays the everyday first outfit as ALL her outfits, even her nude in the shower 🤨
Even the change outfit upon selecting her shows the glitch.... CAS shows everything correctly, but upon exiting the glitch is still there and even rebooting the game doesn't help. In fact the only thing that does is making her take a shower.... the irony.
It occurs every few sim hours and she is currently the cleanest sim, now developing the neat trait *sigh* good job it hasn't messed with my story arc, but seriously could it display the right outfit at the right time pretty please?
