The sims I want to board with just wait at the bottom of the ramp, as well as my sim (until they get bored and run back to the cantina). OR, they board they ship and my sim just waits there, completing the 'waiting' action. When that's done, he usually just runs away.

I first encountered this when I was trying to do 'The Heist' mission with two other sims. The same thing happened where either no one got on the ship, or my sim would be left waiting as the other two got on.

My missions are fine when I'm on my own, they just don't work when there's more than one actual sim.
