I keep getting sent back to world select.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get To Work, Vampires, Parenthood, Outdoor Retreat, Laundry Day, Holiday Celebration
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dunno. Have mods?
What happens when the bug occurs? I get sent back to the world select screen and prompted to restart the game
What do you expect to see? I should be able to play the game.

Please describe the patch or change you made. June 19 2018 patch.

"The game failed to load. Error Code: 102.33634bd6:92d6222d. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." 

After the June 19 patch, everything went to *. None of my saves get passed the world/household select screen. Everything was fine before updating.

I tried taking matters into my own hands, removing my mods (not clothes/skins etc, just mods). I removed recently added CC, reported broken mods/CC, etc.

The only fix was unchecking loading in CC, but CC is a huge part of my experience, and I'm unsure of what to do. I tried repairing the game through Origin, but that didn't work.
