@h0bbithole  Try repairing your game in Origin:  Open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.  This should fix the missing worlds issue, and hopefully it will fix the CAS issue as well.

If you still see the T-pose though, please remove your entire Sims 4 game folder from Documents\Electronic Arts (you can put it on your desktop).  Launch the game, which will spawn a clean folder, and see whether CAS looks normal now.  If it does, you can move the contents of the Saves and Tray folders from your old game folder to your new one.  If you have cc or mods, test those in the clean folder first to make sure they're not causing the problem.  Most of the other files are disposible and will regenerate as necessary.  Here's an explanation of all the files in your game folder:
