Yeah, so my sim asked him to move in the traditional way and he doesn't show his role anymore at all. It's weird honestly but I think it is yeah because he is a special NPC.
My partner is currenrly working from home but I can definitely get on and test that later.
As for my other sim, both her and her dog walk in and out of the house perfectly fine!
Knox Greenburg is part of the pre-made Greenburg Household, but that makes this weird, IMHO.
If he was a homeless special NPC, it would make more sense, but since he's a fully playable Sim...
Shot in the Dark: Have you gone into the Greenburg Household so they're marked as Played in Manage Households?

I've just checked and they're currently not marked as played in my game, I actually edited Knox while he was still in their household as well.
Would it be worth marking them as played?

@Axoodles The entire household is not marked played although you played it ? Can you post a screenshot of the household manager ?
The Greenburg house is not marked as played as I've only edited them in CAS.of course my household is marked as played lol

I did try it with the original crate doors, the wooden doors from Cats and Dogs and another set I can't remember but who honestly knows lol
It sounds similar but I never had the neighbour tag above Knox 's head. It could be the same but I'm not totally sure.
