@mrfuzzlezz  This error is an access violation, meaning the game tried to access memory in a way that's not permitted.  The underlying cause could be the game install itself or any number of resources it uses.  The first step to try is repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, try playing in a clean user data folder: no mods or cc, no old saves.  Move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and a clean folder will spawn when you launch the game.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can play a new save without any errors.  Let me know either way.

If you do get more crashes, I'd like to see a new dxdiag, so I can take a closer look.

I played for a few hours without anything in my game and it works but when I put my mods back in it took a while but it did it again. Sometimes it doesn't show the message like it did this time.

It won't let me post the entire dxdiag so what section do I need to send since the sites virus scanner is not working.

@mrfuzzlezz  If the game works without your mods but crashes with them, then the issue is your mods.  Unfortunately, there's no way to tell which ones are fine and which are not, other than to test.  If you have a lot of mods, you can try the 50/50 method here:

    https://modthesims.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Finding_Problem_Custom_Content#The_50.25_Method

Since the site's virus scanner isn't working, you can instead upload the dxdiag to a third-party free filesharing site and link it here.  But it's not necessary unless you get a crash with no mods present at all.
