Re: San myshuno no buildings

@LiaQuinn1

Move the entire The Sims 4 folder from Documents to the desktop and launch the game.
The new game folder will be created and you will have two. One on the desktop and a new one in the Documents.
Start a new game with a random sim to test the game.
Check if you still have these problems.
If the game is working properly copy from the desktop the Tray folder and paste into the new game folder. Do the same with the TrayDeleteItems file. Then if you need to have your last saves do the same with saves folder.
If the game is working properly check if there are newly updated version mods you are using.
Then copy and paste your mods and CC from the old mods folder to the new one. First copy the scripts mods every time checking if the game is working properly. If you have a lot of CC try 50/50 method ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one)

If you will have the same errors in the new game folder could you post your computer's DxDiag?
To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
You can attach the text file to your post in the “Reply” window with the “Choose File” button.

  • Thank you so much! I tried these things and it seemed to fix the buildings problem but not the hair problem. I am wondering when I unistalled the game I kept the cc in the folder could this have corrupted some cc? Anyways deleted all hair and redownloaded new files and still the same problem, almost as if my game is compressing the 3D element of the files. Just trying to run a diagnostic report as I use a macbook for my sims. Hair looks like this

  • Appartment block looked like this but now it is better

    It looks like the clothes don't look very good either
    Move the mods folder to the desktop please, then check if this problem will still occur - this time with EA hairs and clothes.

    If the problem disappears, it means then some CC is outdated. You need to find this broken CC and delete it.
    If the problem will persist, check if you have a current graphics card drivers.
