Re: Cant upload my sims to the gallery

I cant upload my sims to the sims 4 gallery, I took all cc out of my game and it still will not let me upload sims or even lots. I get "Server Error. we could not process this gallery request. please try again later." I repaired my game and even uninstalled/ reinstalled it as well. I can download other sims from the gallery but I cant upload. My game is also up to date. Im not sure what I should do.

@sydneyslaughterDid you delete the localthumbcache.package after removing your mods and CC? Did you use CC in the sims and builds you are trying to upload; CC that is now removed from your The Sims 4 folder?

Have you tried to upload sims/builds from a new folder? Follow this description. Don't move anything back until you have tried to make a simple sim and uploaded them successfully.
