Re: Owned packs not showing up?

@KrystalHolderied  Did you try the EA App's app recovery function, or repairing Sims 4 within the App?  If you didn't do the latter, please try it now: hover over the Sims 4 icon in your game library, click on the three dots, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, please try repairing the game in Origin instead.  While the EA App is more useful than it was, Origin is still more reliable in this respect.  You can have both apps installed on your computer at the same time, you just can't have them both open at the same time.  If you get an error when trying to launch Origin, open the Task Manager and kill the EABackgroundService, or just restart your computer.

Please also make sure that Origin lists all your missing packs as owned.  If not, it's possible you've signed into the wrong account.
