@emayos0203  Your dxdiag makes the issue clear: the Nvidia graphics driver is crashing over and over and taking Sims 4 down with it.  Lenovo doesn't offer a newer driver, but Nvidia does.  I would actually suggest using a driver from April or May rather than the most recent one, which other players have had trouble with.  You can get any of the most recent drivers here:

Run the installer as an admin: right-click on the download and select "Run as administrator."  Choose the custom install option and check the box to perform a clean install.  Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
