Re: Growing Together - Download Stuck at Preparing

Ok what the actual **** is going on. After doing literally everything suggested by EA help and from what the community has suggested, to repurchasing the pack, uninstalling/reinstalling the EA app and games, repairs, converting the game, ect but nothing is working. Now I wake up today and it not only wants me to REPURCHASE AGAIN! But now it wants me to repurchase previous packs that I bought months and years ago. What the heck is going on! I have proof for both purchases for growing together, both of mine were completed and money taken. So why am I being asked to repurchase not only the newest pack but previous packs that were not an issue and paid for... How does that happen, what did EA do to my purchase history?? On-top of everything else. How. Just fix the issues and stop creating more issues with other packs! 

i have the exact same problem and i tried all those things too. i made a case and chatted with someone from EA. they told me that they don't know when it will be fixed and that they couldn't do anything for me rn. i think it's weird, because i've seen others already playing the pack and people getting their problems solved.
