Re: [RESOLVED] - Sims 4 Horse ranch won’t install

To the people that have/had the same problem as me (Completed/Fulfilled order but shows as unpurchased in the EA App), what I basically did was ask for a refund via email and I used a different topic as they don't allow you to contact them if your topic is the refund.
I pleaded and explained that I had the rights to refund. They told me no, but luckily they fixed my problem and made the game downloaded and accessible. Booted my EA App, and it shows that it says download now instead of the "Purchase" option. I clicked download, and it loaded up quick. I do not know if this will work with everyone but it's worth a try to get what you paid for. 🙂

Also dass kann ich leider nicht bestätigen. Ich habe das gleiche Problem gehabt und dann einen Rücktrittt von der Vorbestellung angefordert, dem Rücktritt wurde auch stattgegeben, allerdings steht in der Bibliothek bei mir immer noch "du besitzt dieses Add-on" und somit habe ich noch immer das Problem, dass ich das Pack nicht herunterladen kann aber auch nicht neu kaufen kann obwohl ich es eigentlich schon wieder kaufen können sollte ...
