Re: Lovestruck Preorder issues
I bought it through the EA app and I have the same problem sadly.... I was really existed for the plushie.
i tried restarting the game and i did clear my cache. dont know what to do

@Lynneaura There’s a catalog visibility bug for some of the Lovestruck items, including the plushie. If you go to show all, filter to Lovestruck, and then hit the magnifying glass in the search bar, is the plushie definitely not listed in the results?
