@EilinSilversong  What world and lot were you playing in?  And do you still have a save file from before you moved the household?  It would be interesting to look at, if you're willing to share.  If you've only saved a couple times after fixing the problem, you may still have backup copies of the save:

If you're willing to share, please upload an affected save (not the one you fixed) somewhere and either post the link here or send it to me via DM.  I'd like to share it with Crinrict and/or the Sims team, if you're okay with that, but I wouldn't send it to anyone else.
