Another game this morning where "Player Name Here" was at it again. I've been submitting tickets, however the response time is brutally long, and these players are out of control. It's to the point where I've had to turn off everything voice chat related to even let my children play.
If we cannot record their behavior, we're stuck waiting on support to do something, if anything.
Support has been able to do absolutely nothing without any video evidence.... EA is giving a platform for people to be extremely abusive, and does nothing about it. Racist Homophobes 1, the Community 0.....
I know it's EA, the killer of AAA titles, but this is a new low.
Allowing Racists to get away with verbally abusing your player base, and than doing nothing about it when it gets reported.... EA logic at it's finest.
You can't even call them out on the forums because EA protects Cheaters and Racists on here as well...

I do want to support that. We should be able to record VoIP when it comes from EA’s servers. Party Chat on PSN’s servers is something else, but being able to have recordings from VoIP with strangers who are anti-Semitic, bullies or simply hateful, and who have troubles socializing respectfully would be great!
For an organization like EA to act and improve player interactions, it must first gather data about the situation, whether using machine learning or report submitting.
Suspensions and bans are only one portion of the solution, but we need more proactive methods that don't involve punishment. Gathering data is the beginning.
