@xXCibberUniqe2XxI’d contact their customer support. You’re supposed to be guaranteed 1 legendary every 30 packs. If you only got 2 legendary items something went wrong.

- @DarthValtrex He got 4 legendary. I think it’s more ‘on average you get 1 legendary per 30 packs’ because when I opened up my free 110/120 or however many I opened, I didn’t get 2 legendaries in the first 60 but towards the end nearing the 120 mark I got like 3-5 in 10 packs. 2 stupid Bang skins -_-... why... WHY! Out of everything they could’ve given me... Bang skins... ☹️
- @Koochi-Q I think it’s been updated to guarantee a legendary every 30 packs. I just looked at the store to see what the exact odds are. He should have received 4. Unless he made the purchases before the guarantees of 1 for every 30 packs happened. That would explain it.
I have had some really long streaks of no legendaries, but I also had some streaks of getting 3-5 for every 10 packs. (Random Kenny Rogers song about gambling in the background)
Well, I don't know what you would expect from RNG lootboxes... The numbers do add up... 🤔

- @Koochi-Q The last 40 or so that I opened I was getting an insane amount of legendaries. Probably a week or two ago.
Or are you asking about the guarantee? I just saw it tonight. I’ll double check tomorrow when I get on again. - @DarthValtrex Yea, the guarantee because that was in place or at least said so since the beginning, but I’ve seen ppl saying they have not been getting a legendary every 30 packs but around 30.
I frankly never cared to actually look :P - @Koochi-Q Dude, I have 6 legendary Bang skins, and I NEVER play her!! I got 2 legendary skins in one freaking box (System Override)
@Cracjaw450Lolz you almost got ‘em all XD. But same deal for me. I can’t stand her with a passion... when I saw the first legendary and maybe 5-10 lootboxes later the other I... well I opened up the 100+ packs because I was basically already saying goodbye to the game. Opening up those 2 towards the end was the game’s way of saying ‘here’s a screw off present je-rk’ (you cant say je-rk as one word? XD)
