I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
If that doesn't help, try switching to a wire. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
I have officially done everything this post has done. From deleting the game, resetting my Xbox, clearing my Mac address, deleting my account and redownloading my account and nothing seems to be working. At times it seems to load in the game, then crash, or I get to play for a few hours then it crashes and doesn't load back in. It's been getting worse each season. I keep closing the game and reopening it just to get past the loading screen and when I do get past it I just crash...
