    Please try the following:

    Power cycle your router (Unplug all devices to the router > Turn off and take out cable > After 30 Seconds turn back on and enter the cables again.

    Try to
    Uninstall Origin > Install and run ccleaner > Reinstall Origin

    Verify you got all the latest drivers installed and verify you don't have any updates for windows waiting.

    You can also try to enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP button by doing the following;

    1 Click Start, and then click Network. (Or you type ncpa.cpl into the search box, and press ENTER).

    2. Click on the Network and Sharing Center, and then click Manage Network Connections.

    3. Right click on the Local Area Connection or the connection you are using, and then select Properties.

    4. Select the Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)

    5. Click the Advanced button under the General tab.

    6. Click the WINS tab6. Click the Enable ,NetBIOS Over TCP/IP button click Ok.

    7. Reboot computer

    Hey @SiirLagALot

    Thanks for following up on this. When you have a chance can you try running a UO Trace so we can take a detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers? If there's something going wrong in between that might help us spot it.

    For more information on how to run the test check out the EA Help website. Once you have the results please send them to me in a direct message. Thanks!

    Thanks for sending over that UO Trace. The main thing that stands out to me is that it looks like there are some hops that are timing out. This could point to ports that need to be opened, or it could be an issue with security software restricting the connection.

    Have you tried setting up an exception for Origin and Apex Legends in your security software to see if that makes any difference at all? If it's not allowing those connections that could be why you're seeing that error.

    Also when you have a chance make sure that you have all the proper ports open that Origin and Apex Legends would need in order to connect. You can find more details on these ports on the EA Help website

    Let me know how it goes when you can. Thanks again. 👍

    Ports would need to be opened through your router/modem if you're on a local network. Are you connecting via mobile data through tethering?

    I see. Unfortunately I don't really think it would be possible to make any configuration changes in that case. Unfortunately using a mobile connection doesn't really allow us to do much more troubleshooting. I understand it may not be possible, but if there's any way to use a local network instead of mobile data I would highly recommend it.

    @SiirLagALot

    Have you tried repairing the game since these stutters started happening? If there's an issue with corrupted data in the game files that could help.

    If you right-click on Apex Legends in the Origin library you should see a Repair option when the menu comes up. Let me know how it goes when you can.
