I created an... unusual trend in apex (banner trend, empty banner trend, ect-)

Hi, I'm Saal (Saal3581 on Xbox), or you may know me as DiligentCadet15 if you ever caught me in a lobby. Also, you may have caught me running Bangalore without anything on my banner, not even a level. That's cuz I removed it... on purpose. You see, I believe I may have been the first one to create such a trend, or even start it up in the first place. The trend of emptying your banner (I call the people The Bannerless). I may have even ran Bloodhound or Caustic without one. Eventually, all the legends which I played had no banner. I started this in early season two, yes, the old map. Now, you may ask, how did I attempt to advertise such a ridiculous trend? The trick is to get champion squad 😉

Now then, why would one rid themselves of their stats on their banner, you may ask? Let me answer for I hope the majority of people who follow this.

Imagine such, you load up apex, hop into a lobby, your day is just fine until you get to where it says who's champion squad-

The entire squad is bannerless.

And it makes you wonder, who am I going to against? Are they good, are they hacking, do I avoid them? 

The point of this trend, (at the time) was to invoke suspicious feelings out of the entire lobby. (In theory) 

Or maybe it was to present your banner to be aesthetically beautiful, invoke a sort of feel-good sensation to the viewer.

Or maybe it's just to look cool? Beats me. But I hope I summarized what I meant by this trend. 

Oh, but sAAL, how do we know you're not lYING? hMmmm?

I don't really care, I just hope that you have an open mind.
