So I have a PC account and an xbox account both under the same gamertag, but I only play apex on my xbox because all of my experience is on there. Recently, I claimed one of the prime skins and was already logged into my xbox account when I claimed it, but it never showed up. I tried logging out and logging back in again but it still wouldn't show up and after trying this over five times, it never showed up in my account. I was worried that maybe I had used the wrong email, but that couldn't be the case since I only have one EA account. I was still worried about it so I checked my pc account and unfortunately it was claimed there. ☹️ I would like to know why the skin wasn't being claimed on my xbox even after logging in and out multiple times to see if I had received it.
