@hayhor There are many counters to Rampart, including

- Ordnance (grenades, Caustic+Bangalore+Gibraltar Ult) although can be countered easily by a Wattson ult

- Domes (can be used offensively. If close enough, throw it on them to stop fire from coming out)

- EMP (should be able to destroy Rampart shields, possibly even the mini gun)

- A third-partying Wraith/Revenant/Crypto squad (Wraith makes a portal near their base, Revenant ults, Crypto EMP's, shadows rush in for chaos)

And more that I've forgotten.

I remember thinking Loba was going to be OP before she was released because her Tactical looked cool as hell and for some reason I thought that her Passive would highlight players through walls as long as the had high tier loot on them. Turned out she is kinda underwhelming after release.

Same thing here, we just have to wait to see how it plays out. The abilities in principal sound good, but we don't know numbers yet. Maybe the damage amplified by the Amp has a mere 1.1x multiplier. Maybe the Amp wall is not like Gibraltar's dome and can be taken down by gunfire. Maybe the minigun is kinda crap. Who knows.
