Re: Apex Account Banned (No Reason) After Transferring to Steam

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @ladystarkx.

If you have already created a case with the team then I would recommend waiting for them to respond. If you create multiple cases for the same issue then our team will close any duplicates cases. 

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

  1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
  2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
  3. Choose your platform.
  4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
  5. Fill out any other details below.
    • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
  6. Click Select contact option.
  7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

  • @EA_Darko darko nista mi nevalja nikako da me odbanaju neznam sta je ocu da mi se ovo rjesi jer ako moram igrat apex na novom akauntu necu igrat apex jer jebemu sve necu da me banate tako doslovno nista nisam radio nisam hako nisam diro game foldere i nisam koristio nikakvi third party stuff jedino ako se steam ne konta ko neki third party

  • every damn thing they say ur answer is contact the god damn tos team they not doing anything so u guys stealing our money and then ban us for no god damn reasons

    Hey @twitch_ckylz,when posting on AHQ please do so in a polite and constructive manner.

    If there is a sanction or ban on your account then you will need to speak with our TOS team as they are the only ones who can assist with these issues.

    I'm going to lock this thread as there is nothing more that we can do to help on AHQ.
