    I have run this test, but the results seem fine. To be clear, I am running the test on my desktop but the issue lies on my PS4. Does this make a difference? What should I even tell my ISP? I am at a loss. Thank You so much.

    @Max_Capitalism Would you be able to share your UOTrace here? With the issue happening on your PS4, make sure your desktop is connected to the same network (preferably the same way so WiFi is your ps4 uses WiFi) to run the test, since it uses the same setup and ISP your result to our servers should be the same.

    @Max_Capitalism Were these run before and after the 7:30 time when issues start? The first test shows several points having packet loss where the second only shows it as two points, This would point to an issue with the network being used to connect to our servers. 

    I would recommend going through the following troubleshooting steps (if you haven't) and see if issues continue in apex and how the reports look. 

    • can you try going through our basic and advanced connection steps if your issue continues?  
    • Change the DNS you use (in console settings) (you can use the public google DNS primary:8.8.8.8, secondary:8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
      • Go to Settings > Network > Setup internet connection
      • Choose your connection type (Wifi/LAN, LAN is much faster).
      • Choose Custom setup
      • Choose Automatic IP address settings
      • Do Not Specify DHCP Hostname
      • DNS Settings, choose Manual
      • Enter your Primary and Secondary DNS to test
      • Automatic MTU Settings
      • Proxy Server Do not use
      • Then choose Test Internet Connection once setup is complete
    • Check your network settings to see if you can set up a static IP Address for the PS4
    • Check for System updates in Safe Mode
