If you read the details, you will see the skins aren't available until September, and that the Octane one requires an additional purchase. It would be cool if the actual skins aren't leaked and the Octane one is a legendary re-color.

Has anyone figured out if you need to buy them individually? I kinda wanna just go to WaWa and buy 60 at one time. Or do I need to make 60 trips.

Did you ever find out if they need to be purchased individually? Seems like it would save some money to just buy a couple packs in bulk and be done.
