Wraith Apex

I am having an issue with the Wraith Void Shifter Skin, I participated in the event on the last day I bought all the event package late in the night and was disconnected.

When I opened all the packages I was not awarded the wraith skin although I had bought all the Event Chests. i have been calling support for the past few Weeks, they finally have redirected me back to the forums.

I have attached the screen shot of the purchases I made for the coins to purchase all the event packages, if you review my account you can see I purchased and opened them all, I please ask for assistance with either the skin or refund
