Hey @Wraithy1901,

Can you try going through these steps to clear the cache files in the EA app?

That can help out in situations like this where the launcher may not be properly recognizing the update's been completed.

Let us know how that goes!

That infact worked and the game has now launched, thank you for the help so quickly and i will mark it as the solution.

Clearing the cache does not solve this issue

same reinstall clear cache updated driver restarted pc between uninstall and install updated all drivers ran repair bleh
