@Adendon Your BT headset might think that two devices are trying to play (or record) audio at the same time, and then it will only work for one at a time.
You could try to use something like voicemeter banana as a virtual mixer. This way you could configure a virtual output devices for discord and apex, and then relay the sound to your physical output device (your bt headset).
