Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I returned to lobby after one game and it happened

What happens when the bug occurs? When I returned to lobby all the legends had a notification and all my badges from previous ranks were all changed to just bronze and rookie even though I have had predator, master, diamond and gold badges. Now they are not there anymore.  The legend breakout challenges to unlock the flatline skin have all also reset.
What should be happening instead? All the badges should return as they were before.  All completed challenges should be returned as they were before.  I would like reimbursement for failure of product.

This seems to happen after today's update as of today, 03/26/2024, when I logged in I hopped into one match and after returning to lobby after that match I could switch to any of the tabs so I closed the game and logged in and the locker had the red dot notification on every legend and that's when I saw all my ranked badges were reset all to the bronze or rookie badge from each season even though I have had master, diamond badges from those previous seasons and now they're all just bronze and rookie now which is quite confusing and I'm not sure why?

i was masters in this account in season, 12,14, and 17. i logged into the account after the most recent update and i immediately went into a match, as usual. then i saw that 2 of my 3 masters badges were changed to bronze. i immediately left and saw that most all of my badges were turned to bronze. i closed the game several times and nothing changed. FIX THIS
