What platforms are you playing on, Steam or EA App?
Also what country are you playing Apex from - this should help with our investigation.
I'm playing on steam from Turkey. I think Turkey is in the middle east group for the steam so it has it's own pricing but apex legends don't have that, i buy apex coins just like someone from us and pay the same.
Should be the same prices with everyone right?
I can see all the options for exotic shards now.

Yep, the team was able to address this on the back-end for Steam.
Should be fixed for Turkey and Argentina now.

Hi my steam is China store, and I’m currently in Canada for school, I was trying to buy exotic shards but after I clicked on “Authorization” button, it will take me back to apex in-game store, and nothing happened, can you fix this bug for buying exotic shards? It’s really annoying.
