Re: Missing Apex Coins after buying the battle pass

Sorry to hear you've had some Apex Coins go missing.

Taking a look back over the account, I do see the correct amount (950) removed for the Battle Pass purchase, which then left you at 600. From there, you had gained 400 from that Battle Pass purchase, bringing the total to 1000.

After that however, I do see a character (Fuse) was purchased for 750, which left the account at 250. This was followed by what seems to be leveling up again in the Battle Pass, giving you another 100 and leaving you with the 350 you've mentioned here. 

I'm afraid we cannot refund or return in-game purchases like this, though fortunately those coins did go to a legitimate purchase and were not lost.
