Main account banned for typing a bad word but pros say it all the time LIVE

So about a year ago or so I got permanently banned on all EA games for typing the ''R'' word in a Battlefield chat with maybe max 3 or 4 players in the ''squad/team''.  I totally understand it's a bad thing to say the word and I feel  really bad about it but hear me out. I've been trying to appeal several times and all I got was the same copy pasted message on my email, saying I cant get unbanned. But now the best part. I am a hard Apex Legends competitive scene viewer and I can constantly hear pro players/streamers saying the "R" word either to their teammates as a ''joke'' or other players in the lobby in a much more offensive way. Here are the clips I have SO FAR:

I can guarantee you by the end of this week I could find 10 more clips if I went through VODs of some of the players. 

I have sent these clips to you guys multiple times with a question if you took a look at them. Had no response. I also asked what's your stance on it. HAD NO RESPONSE. 

They said the ''R'' word in front of hundreds or even thousands of people LIVE and there's apparently nothing wrong with it. Now I just want to know, why I can't type it but they can say it live on a livestream? 

And as far as i know, Apex Legends is one of your games.

I just want my account back, with all the progress and money I have spent in the last 10+ years.

Disclaimer: I have nothing against the pros, I like them all but this situation is just ridiculous.
