Hello therealcooper, could you elaborate what you mean by advanced settings? I can't seem to find that feature.

its in the server browser options
the screen u get into after u hit multiplayer.
Try to close the settings window with enter instead of using the OK button.
its not responding on enter though ok button is active.
all i changed in the first place was health from 1-100 to 100-100.
that is all I did.
I have the same problem. The advanced settings won't uncheck nor work.
They are located at the left side of the screen, second column from the left, last checkbox http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/servers
They can be deactivated by clicking "Reset to default" which is a clickable link thate becomes available once one changes any addtional checkbox, it is located above all other checkboxes at the end of a descriptive list of all filters.
However any changes to those advanced filters will have no effect they don't work at all.
