That doesn't really help me... I never got the three preorder battle packs upon activation so can anyone else help me?

Some retailers offered 1 of those BP's for preordering a physical copy of Standard (i.e. Gamestop, Walmart, Amazon, etc).

So what your saying is that because I preordered the standard edition of battlefield hardline from Amazon I won't get any bonus battle packs?

If you can find any details that specifically said you get 1, 2 or 3 of those special Battlepacks for preordering the Standard Digital Edition, then you should be able to get it.

I'm not sure what versions and what vendors had deals like that.  I did see a few for physical copies of Standard.

Do you have the Deluxe edition?

I only seen some vendors offering 1 (Versatility) pack for a physical disc Standard preorder.  I did not see anyone who sold the Standard edition with all 3 of those.

Thats what I was told I was supposed to get. Was I only supposed to get one? And if so I never got that one either.

I pre-ordered the standard edition and got only the suppression battlepack, I thought I was gonna get all 3 Versatility, Precision and Suppression...
