Re: Qbu-88 sniper rifle is glitched, bipod does not work right.

This has been an ongoing issue that the community has reported to DICE via Battlelog.  Unfortunately we have not heard a response from DICE on this matter.  I recommend to post this on https://getsatisfaction.com/battlefield3/login as well since DICE monitors that site as well.
