This is your problem:
You're not the first who got this problem, they done it same and it worked for them. I just wanted to help you, since it worked for other people. I leave this now, and i will reply this to a more higher support. Hope you solve it.

-The problem is exclusive to BF3 & Medal of Honor Warfighter. The 2 Origin/EA games I'm actively playing at the moment.
-I have no problems with Planetside 2 (which I launch from it's own launch screen), or Dead Island (which I launch from Steam).
