If you transfer all the data from your previous Xbox 360 console you will get the online pass as well as the rest of your saved data. You can buy a XBL transfer cable in a local game store or on a e-store. If this dosen't work or you don't have the option to do this you will have to buy a new code or contact Microsoft XBL support team. Since you got your Xbox LIVE account hacked.
