Have a look again at Cabonic's list of common problems.......specifically this part Check if Punkbuster is running correctly and update it manually ( https://help.ea.com/in/article/punkbuster-technical-issues )

Punkbuster - This is generally one of the main rasons for problem playing the game.

Try it. And if that doesn't work just check the other stuff.
