it is a delay bug dont worry you will get it o and about the ending there are 3 endings you have to replay the last mission 3 times to 100% finish the SP and have all the weapons from it if you dont do this you will only have 1 weapon

I have replayed all the missions (Many Times) , Only the (Three Alternate) Weapons show. The Campian missions show I have earned them but the Multiplayer, no matter how many days I play does not. Very Frustrating.

The weapons you unlock from getting a bronze, silver, and gold rating on each level are for single player only. Only the p90, m249, and the one Chinese assault rifle are unlocked for multiplayer from single player. Not sure if these are the three you are having trouble with, I had a delay up to 6 hours before I got the m249. If they don't come you need to talk directly to customer support.
